PRESENTATION - MERKLE
"Social CRM: Connecting with Customers"

ATME’s Executive Think Tank Series delves into specific hot issues facing travel marketers -- and this latest event covers marketing trends, customer retention and media strategies.

We are fortunate to be examining these crucial topics at Delta Airlines' Atlanta Corporate Office Complex. Henry Harteveldt, renowned authority on the travel industry frequently seen on CNN and many other major networks, will share the latest trends from Forrester Research.

We’ll also be privileged to hear Tim Mapes, the Chief Marketing Officer of Delta, present and discuss key aspects of Delta’s marketing strategy.

In addition, we will have the opportunity to learn about Delta's loyalty program, DeltaSkyMiles from Jeff Robertson, Vice President, DeltaSkyMiles.

We have just added an interesting segment from Rich Fleck, VP, Merkle on Social Media. Fleck will discuss some case studies of travel and non travel companies with lots of opportunities for audience participation.

To round out the agenda we’ll hear from an afternoon panel analyzing the constant changes and challenges in today’s media mix. Are print and cable coming back? Is the bloom fading a bit from social media? It’s a new landscape that needs new strategies.

At this unique event you’ll obtain inside information that you can use immediately to heighten the effectiveness of your own marketing efforts. And of course you will have an opportunity to meet and network with other outstanding travel marketing executives.

It all happens at Delta’s headquarters and the lunch will be held in the Delta Hangar Museum - a fun place for all airline aficionados.
